How to rectify faulty electric window on Hymer a class

I have starline 655 The electric window has stopped working possibly caused by ingress of water from window
The garage is unable to read the German in the handbook.

Where could I get some advice.

Phone hambilton engineering.
I think they only deal with hymers and what they don't know isn't worth knowing.

Two places I can think of.
1. Peter Hambilton in Preston has forgotten more about Hymers than most people will ever know. He does major repair work as well as servicing etc.

2. Edgehill Motorhomes in Mansfield Woodhouse specialise in selling Hymers and know a lot about them. They do repairs and service too.
