I saw this today . After all the recent posts on fun, regarding vans being taken, I thought some may be interested. I suppose it includes motorhome as well as cars.
If you put your postcode in the box , it tells you how many car thefts have been in your street or area.
Co-op insurance have done the research. Using data from November 2016 to April 2017.

It must be all the farmers with shotguns doing a good job of controlling the vermin.

I don't need the Scottish stats to know how safe it is to park here. A vehicle here will never get broken into, as they are all unlocked, with the key in the ignition.

Nothing for about a mile and a half around us. Mind you, I think that's only about 7 or 8 houses as we live out in the sticks.

I was intrigued at the suggestion that you should pull in forwards to stop criminals making a Swift Escape. I shall henceforth reverse in and see if I come home to a shiny new motorhome, courtesy of their labours. Possibly better built?

It's a well known myth that thieves are lazy, it's in the job description! The harder you make something to nick the less likely it will be.......

Nothing on our street but 14 incidents in the village in the last 6 months.

I knew there had been some but hadn't heard about that many.

0-2 very near us and 6+ within a mile but Know there have been more incidents locally in the last 6 months, so wouldn't like anyone to rely on this. wont cover all the ones not claimed for.
Not that we keep ours at home. John has just started parking his Y reg car in the street as my 6 month old one now has the garage.
