Hi all
Just introducing myself to the site. It was recommended by a friend.

I have a 2015 Citroen Relay conversion. I've pretty much figured out most things but the Truma unit still frustrates me! Fine when connected to the mains but when it isn't, I get a few fault codes but mainly W407 H??

I think the code is telling you that you are trying to run the system on 230v but not connected.

This is the official info from Truma about that fault code, it may therefore be that there is a fault with the other fuel or power source, ie gas and/or the 12v system which isn't providing the power to run it, rather than the EHU so it thinks it only had access to EHU which isn't on, so check the 12v and gas system:

The thing is that the heating and hot water ( I've been testing it this morning) are still working even with the fault code displayed.

Try powering the control unit down and restart then it may clear fault, think mine did that once.
