After a health issue we have decided to move south to be nearer family so our house is now on the market. Its just inside the National Park and on a main road. Easy parking for a motor home in fact my son has visited with his so parking for two is possible. Would make an ideal B&B with an extension that we have planning passed for, loads of possibilities for someone with vision. Street view does work just click on the main road near the junction with the lane. PM me if you need more information.

the house looks very nice, but is flooding an issue?

Never flooded its just a beck comes out of a culvert at the side of the bridge.

Looks a lovely property, what year was it built and is part of it already an extension.
Is the access good from the road to get in there?
I couldn't see a price either?

Looks very nice good luck selling. We are just moving to North Yorkshire just the other side of the country

It was originally a cottage which was extended to include the lounge and kitchen maybe 20 years ago. Best to go on street view to see access I have widened it can get a skip lorry in so MH access is OK. Asking price is £350k as can be seen in the blue box on the advert, its also on Rightmove.

Another advantage is the 555 bus route has a stop right outside so for us "bus pass" generation its ideal.

Very nice, is it a possible holiday let ?
It would be an ideal holiday let but not for us we just want to move down south so have to sell this first.

Would also be open to buy a house of similar value down south, south west area with MH parking if it would make things easier for someone to buy mine. Would have to be south of M4 prefer a bungalow we are retired so no job issues.

Beautiful property. Good luck with your sale.

Lovely property. Folks live in Keswick and have lots of mates in Kendal and surrounding. Great county.
