A fantastic hotel I used to park up on just north of Soria in the national park is the hotel Valonsidero. They would let you park up for free as long as you used the restaurant, which although has a Michelin star is very reasonably priced.at under 20 Euros for the full dinner menu. They will even give you the wifi passcode, which works fine on the carpark.

Probably a little too close to Bilbao for you but we have used this one at Miranda del Ebro a few times when driving in the car to south of Spain.
Town a bit industrial but hotel really good.

This is a popular stop over for some of us while travelling in the motorhomes..
Truck stop / hotel / resturant. 1/2 hour south of Zaragossa and just off the main A23 road..
Basic I guess but i have seen many Brit cars parked there and staying overnight,

Anyway.. my recommendation fits in with a close mileage..
Next day drive down to Benidorm, easy
