My way, you don't have to be. Just undo the ratchet straps, put the sleeper on the roof-rack, replace the road wheels and BeBe's your uncle (to conform with non-gender compliance)

We had our honeymoon on the Grand Union. Boat from Sovereign Narrowboats, sadly now defunct, because they were lovely boats.

We've been back since, like you using Wyvern, who's boats are nearly as good as Sovereign's were. Sadly, we'd need something wheelchair accessible now if we were to do it again.
