Just a quickie
We're now just south of Biarritz in a fantastic area and we've finally found some sunshine. Probably going to stay here 4 days before moving on down towards Algeceris.
We trashed the motorbike rack getting on the ferry and will have to do a repair in Spain if Ray knows someone.
Stayed in the grounds of a chateau in Normandy and visited Bayeux the beaches & cemetries.
Then 2 days in the Loire valley it was gorgeous definitly going back.
Travelling has'nt been too bad except today we took a wrong turn and ended up driving the Rv through Bayonne centre and Biarittz centre. RV's are not made for that type of road and I needed a few beers to cool down.
Thats all for now, keep in touch when we can.

what should I do ? reverse onto the boat or blow me tyres up.

Shame about the bike rack. Did you ground the rack on the way up the ramp?
Have you not got a "ferry lift" on them there RVs?
All that dosh, and no ferry lift.

No problem Rory........As Geo says, I have a welder [but not good at sticking bits together if they require long-term use].

However, we do have an "Expert" and Workshop on hand.........We can sort it if you are meeting us at La Cruz de Piedra and give us time.
