We have been in touch with Hereford and the final payment of £24 will be required by the 30th April 2022.
Payment can be made to the same bank account on page 4 (note 98).
we have booked the function room for Friday night and we have arranged for our members a complimentary buffet which will be at 7.45pm, but all drinks must be bought at the bar (please dont bring your own).
As there are a few musicians attending the meet they might be able to give us some of their time on Friday night.
If anyone can't attend the meet who has paid,
and someone on the reserve who would still like to come, then we can refund your money
