does anyone know where you can get the little plasitic handle that goes on the lever for the swivel on the front seats in a fiat ducato

I think that is part of the swivel base, which will depend on which seats and base you have.

Might just get some paracord and make a cord handle for it

Nice varnished wooden one in walnut/mahogany/teak? Cheap and easy - bit of plastic hose.

Just made a first prototype. Fits nicely. Added a locking screw to keep it good and secure. If anyone has any design tips, feel free, I’m all ears. Will make the final items for funsters as soon as we get home at the end of Feb.
