Help needed please water/boiler pump (1 Viewer)

Ive been away without the motorhome (Chausson Flash 10). Boiler was off, there was water in the tank but no freezing weather etc and it’s warm weather now.

When I turn the water pump on at the control panel above the motorhome door, the boiler is dumping water outside. This happens whether the boiler itself is on or off. The photos below show lights and positions etc next to the actual boiler under the seat. The boiler is a Truma, operates on gas only. Can anyone help please?

Your dump valve is open, close it.

Thanks. Where is the dump valve? I can only see the red knob as in the photo, nothing else.

That red knob is the gas isolator. You need to look for a blue plastic valve inside the moho immediately above the place where the water is discharging.

Seems to be ok now. The valve is yellow in this case. Appreciate the help

Frost valve has tripped? Turn lever 't' Press in button 'u' until it clicks and stays in.
