Help! 12v elects all gone off!

Just got set up with elec hook up all connected, everything fine, been out for an early evening stroll - on return control panel is completely dead but 240v sockets etc are ok. So no water pump, lights etc....The fuses look ok unless I am missing something.
Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Is the leisure battery charger switched on. Maybe the Leisure battery is now flat.

Is your control panel a Sargent or the one with image of a motorhome on it ?

Phil - would that be on the Sargent fuse box - there are some 240v trips with a bank of 14 fuses beneath?

Mike D - any idea where the leisure battery charger switch might be?

Yes you have a Sargent control panel.

Have you tried switching the "System Shutdown " switch on and off. The switch pushed in is on and out is off.

I have not owned a Bessacar before so can't help with the specific location but the chargers are usually next to the 12v / 240v PSU.

It will be something simple like a button etc to switch them on.

Your Motorhome has one of the brainy chargers/ power supply units and it will switch off the 12v to protect the leisure battery from excessive discharge.
