heavy duty 12v cable on 630g (1 Viewer)

I have a Swift 630g on a Fiat base. Under the drivers seat there is a heavy duty 12volt cable terminating with a heavy plastic plug, also ther is a thin blue cable that maybe some kind of singnal line.

Does anyone know what this blue cable is for and where does it go too.
