I was asked today the best way to heat your MH whilst travelling. A lot of MH's have pre-installed safe systems using diesel heaters or gas on the move. These are no doubt effective but the pennies, to run, do mount up.

I use the cheaper but very effective method. I make my wife sit in the back whilst travelling. She has enough hot air to heat our 7.77m passion wagon. :roflmto:

How do you get my wife to laugh on a Saturday. Tell her the joke on a Monday. I've thus got 5 days to book a private hospital room......:D2

It can get quite cool at the rear. Have you not tried a charcoal barbecue? Once lit, it can produce a very pleasing warm zone although it could be a bit messy on the floor. We get around that by covering the floor with old newspapers which would otherwise get recycled. As for the smoke, well we obviously open the Heki which helps to draw up the heat, toasty!

Too messy for us. When on the move we use candles in wine bottles - very sixties!
