Heated Seats

Just got heated seats fitted to our motorhome today, very neat job, and on a day like this in Scotland very welcome!
Never felt my seats in any vehicle were cold and needed heating. My Volvo has them and a heated steering wheel, I have never used either of them, even in a Swedish winter. Rather the contrary in my experience; too bl**dy hot in the summer. Leather seats in summer heat are the design of the devil. Now a cooled seat however I would pay for!

The seat in my sprayer is cooled or heated at the flick of a switch. Probably not possible to fit in a motorhome.

Had then in cars but can't see the point in a Motorhome as when you set off it's normally all toasty warm. If leaving from home and its cold I just turn the hab heating on ½ hour before leaving.

Ah, but you don’t live in frosty Scotland or keep your van in storage! 🥶😶‍🌫️

the Lexus 250's had aircond rear seats (actually in the seating).... not sure if standard or option but bloody nice in summer as I recall

It's not my bum that gets cold when driving the MH ,it's my feet. Usually have the heater deflected to that area. (y)

Can’t think of anything worse than heated seats or for that matter leather seats, my back sticks to the seat in normal circumstances so normally use the beaded seat cover to keep me cooler. But I am hot blooded!

We've looked at a number of conversions and rejected them on the fitment of leather seats but we have ordered heated seats with the order of a new MAN TGE for conversion.
IH couldn't understand our dislike of leather seats! They obviously never tour in hot weather.
