Health insurance

I'm planning to go to Spain and Portugal for 3 months in March, I've thought of getting health insurance on top of my GHIC.
The maximum cover from a search on a comparison website only offers 45 days.
Can someone point me in the direction of any 90 or more days insurers.

Does your bank account offer any?
Our Lloyds account gives 31 days we pay to extend it to 45 days and it can be extended to either 62, 90 also120 or 180 days can't remember which.
Similar with Nationwide.
