Are the levelling motors fitted as standard (57 Plate) where is the controller does not mention it in my Boxer manual?

The headlight was removed from a 2012 X250. The control panel was on the dashboard to the right of the steering wheel but only operated when the ignition was turned on. From memory, it was the same in the 2007 X250 I previously owned.
