Has anyone replaced their lpg oven with an electric all in one microwave/air fryer/convection oven?

struggling to find it, i assume you meant Aldi, but ive also checked Lidl and neither of them are showing combi microwave/air fryer - so perhaps it wasnt what i assumed ...??
I definitely seen one in Aldi Ross on Wye last week.

I've seen it on YouTube but there weren't any local so I ordered one from eBay. It seems ok up to now but we will know more this week after using it..... We would have preferred the more expensive 26l but it doesn't fit where we want it to to replace our Thetford oven

After connecting new combi cooker to the Netgear in the motorhome, we set it on microwave to do a couple of baked potatoes and I went out to check something on the camp site. I was on my way back when my phone pinged ....it was telling me that the cooking was finished !! Quite impressed or do those of you with smart appliances already know that and it's us Neanderthals/Luddites that need to catch up with technology.....?

For those interested. Kentucky style fried chicken and chips in the microwave combi air fryer, using just the air fryer function ... Just need to try it on battery/inverter to really cement the deal and consider installing it permanently...

We've just removed our oven, we just didn't use it. so we now have more storage space, twin Induction hobs and a two drawer Airfryer installed.
Sorry had to show two photos at different stages of the conversion, Airfyer sits on a pull out section on the shelf for easy access to controls.
I've also added a cover panel over the bottom shelf where the pans will be stored whilst travelling.
Won't miss the rattles from the oven when on the move.

Finally got chance to post the results from using battery only supply, Fogstar 304Ah via 3000w Renogy inverter

current draw varied from 140A to 60A - as it pulsed between the two so well within the Fogstar BMS of 200A.

In just over 35 minutes of cooking time at 200 degrees (max temp) it used 34Ah, so it would approximate to 1Ah per minute - I think that's well within the sort of power usage we can live with, especially when touring in sunnier climes. That would prob put us in the region of 60Ah per day so 4 days with no input whatsoever is a reasonable expectation.

However if we move to a compressor fridge in time then we would need to increase our stored power, but I have a 300Ah Fogstar kit ready to be 'progressed', as part of the bigger picture.

One downside is that in air fryer mode, it doesn't really allow us to use another cooking appliance at the same time (currently we can use the microwave and kettle together), so that needs further investigation....

Hopefully anyone considering making similar changes might find the information helpful. ..
