Has anyone created a DIY parasol base unit (1 Viewer)

Has anyone created a DIY parasol base unit (100cm x 100cm) to house the base weights (x4) - which would weigh 50kg in total and put castors on…..

Like the ones you see in some restaurants, etc.

Have an idea what I need to do, but grateful for any tips.
