Feel like an old timer
Here are a couple of photo's, My Fiat Hobby is newish to us and 14 years old. There are a few hair line cracks in the rear shower wall, not sure of the compound but 'Melamine' ???

What would you do about these? Can you fill them and with what? or take out and fit new panel?

We had similar in our Adria which we had about 8 years ago, we used a company called Speedy Coat, it cost around £350 with lifetime guarantee. They left a textured feeling on the tray which was far superior to the smooth finish, we sold the van a year after this repair and it was still spot on.

I don't know just how far the cracks travel above the edge of the tray, but if not more than about 150mm then you could stick plastic trim over the top. I know the UPVC window guys use it all the time and is available in different sizes. If you were to fit all round it would not look out of place.
If you decide to go down that route, I would suggest drilling a small hole at the end of each crack, that should relieve the stress and prevent further cracking.
I am assuming none of the cracks are in the actual tray.

Speedcoat is the way to go. Did a great job on our shower floor, with a lifetime guarantee.

I take it it is just the walls that have the cracks not the tray.
Panels are normally just plastic your best option would be to glue another panel on top of it.

Lot of strange answers on this that i wonder if they read the post and looked at the pics.
My understanding is its not the tray thats cracked but the wall panels.

If so id be checking to see if there is movement in the panels that might suggest they arent supported behind.

Id also be inclined to replace them with 1mm thick pvc panels which you can buy online.

You could as @lennyhb said glue them over the top of exsisting panels but id check on wall movement first just incase anything is amiss behind them .

I have removed and replaced plastic panels on both my Boot(garage) doors and inside the toilet. Plastic sheet is readily availably and not difficult to fit. I think it age hardens over time and vibration causes the cracks.

rather than fit hard ABS type sheets, use thin upvc sheets, about 2mm thick and really durable. Seal the new joints with puraflex and it will be watertight

Thank you all. It is only the rear panel that has the hairline cracks, the rear panel is adjacent to the rear of the MH, so an outside wall. The tray is intact as are the two side walls.

I take on board all you have said and will use a mixed solution of all your wisdom to effect an improvement to my current situation.
