The key fob on my Autotrail Savannah 2011 is not locking or unlocking the habitation door. It only locks or unlocks using the key.
The key fob works only on the cab doors only.
Has anyone had the same problem and knows how to solve this problem.
TIA.

Which door lock type is it? Post a pic, had a similar problem on a hymer, it was a loose screw on the ‘grobble’ bar or whatever it’s called (y)

This is similar to the Defleffs door

In the door the lock has a small micro switch if this has displaced then the Central locking doesn't know the door is closed
Reposition the switch and bond it in place with Araldite then should function

On our 2012 Bailey with a Hartal lock on the habitation door, the wiring to the habitation door snapped at the base of the door. It meant that one couldn’t lock the habitation door using the fob or indeed the switch on the dashboard.
We replaced the wiring to the habitation door actuator using a thicker bit of cable which is more resilient to the frequent flexing of the the door wiring where it enters the door.

Same with mine. Remove the contact switch at the base of the door. On mine the cable had come loose. The wires are very fine .
