Growler and tow bar electrics (1 Viewer)

Had Growler fitted at VanVitz a couple of weeks ago. All was working perfectly until yesterday. The only difference is that we had a tow bar fitted yesterday and now we can't alarm the MH unless we disconnect the tow bar electrics. Hubby has found a bit of information which seems to suggest that a circuit breaker (RCB?) needs to be fitted somewhere. Anyone know anything about this or can offer another explanation?
We will call @eddievanbitz on Monday but it would be nice to have an understanding of the issue before then. Thanks.
