Google drive > File Manager

How do I get Google drive to show up in File manager.??
Can’t remember doing anything special.
On Windows I’ve got Google Drive in my shortcut area top left in that tab/side area. You can drag Google Drive to those shortcuts.
Right click on the Google Drive icon, choose “show Google Drove in Explorer”. Then pull that folder too the shortcut area. Think it’s named Launch 🤔

I’ll add (correct) more when I’m next on the desktop.

Edit: wait, you may just mean “how to see Google Drive at all in file manager?”.
That’s a right click on Google Drive option as I mentioned in steps to get a permanent shortcut.

Sorry. Need to check properly.
Getting to Google Drive in File Manager isn't as simple as I remembered :(

Are you already syncing content on your computer with Google Drive in the cloud?

If so, Google Drive will be in (for example) {{system drive}}:\Users\ShiftZZ\Google Drive

That is the folder path you can drag to "Quick Launch"
Like I have: -

You need to download & install "Google drive for Desktop".
