I went for the Eprance from Amazon with the 32gb card. It came today, just got to figure out the settings, but gave it a quick try in the car and I am impressed by it.

I bought this branded one that is often copied but not as well. I paid well under list price and cannot fault it.

Like most things in life, you get what you pay for.. to be used as evidence, the camera must have GPS and G force recording.

I suggest you have a browse on this site.. Broken Link Removed

What I see there is a site commercial site masquerading as an official police site.

There is absolutely no rule that to be used as evidence a camera "must have a GPS and G force recording", it is very easy to calculate the speed of any vehicle by measuring the distance it has traveled in a known time - you could measure these reference points after an accident and I would suggest if the matter has got as far as court then the Police Investigation Team will be cross referencing any camera footage in this way.

Any barrister would run rings around any GPS data presented by either party - it is notoriously inaccurate.
