We have had a Hymer 584 for 7 years with no problems, on the older vans the cross member is prone to rot but that can be replaced quite easly from ebay for about £75, other wise just general routine maintance required. Be aware that if it a Classic the price should be cheaper thank the one with the allco floor, really comforable van and I would really recomment the 584. Good luck with it and welcome to the forum.
