Going to France Health declaration form

We are thinking of getting over soon after reading encouraging reports on here. Browsing Eurotunnel website found this;

It is now permitted for anyone without symptoms of Covid-19 to travel from the UK to France subject to completion of a health declaration. Please find a copy of this declaration here in English, and here in French. It is important that you bring a completed copy of this with you when you travel

At present there is also one to fill in online when you return to UK

Hopefully happier times are coming.

French news site Cx states no travel forms needed to enter France from yesterday- seems that is the case from ‘ Guinea pig’ posts here.....

Good news. We need to get our lives moving again, can’t stay put for ever. The economic cost is immense.

We didn't need it nor were we asked for it. No mention of it in the text messages sent by the tunnel operators advising of travel 'issues' ie don't arrive too early or late etc.
