Back to square one. Unable to log on anyone else having same problem. No login since 11.30 today rang twice and been told having problems ?

Just been on the Smartrack app which uses their system and our MH is shown as logged to current location in last 30 minutes. Can't get to the iPad with the global app on till later this morning but will try then.

The GT app seems to be working ok my end. Vehicle is where it should be and clicking on vehicle shows last update and as with the Smartrack system this was within last half hour.
Can’t help with if it has been down or for how long. Do they have different servers for different systems they operate?

logged in ok last night- again just now and all ok

Just tried again all ok now off half a day yesterday is this normal. Same thing happened in may

Had ours fitted in May and not had any issues. I did tick stay logged in. Not sure if that helps.

Also click stay logged in. But bit of a worrier so usually check a few times a day and was down from about 12 yesterday but back on again today. It went off the same in may must say the service people are really helpfull and answer the phone very promptly. So maybe something I will have to live with.

This happened a few weeks ago as well. Updating only every two or three days. It was down to server migration. Apparently.
