has anyone had any dealing with the above and their trackers. Positive or negative. TIA

We have one of their trackers fitted. Ours was fitted by the dealer when we bought our MH. They called us on the day we picked the MH up, to say that they had lost contact with our MH.
They came to our home the next day and found that the wire had been trapped by the fitter, they fixed it there and then and went on their way, not had any problems since.

The app is easy to use and seems to work well and registration is very quick and simple. Never had any snags with either the app or the tracker. I have the smartrack protector Pro and happy with it, but wouldn't recommend Trackerfit as a supplier as I was messed around a lot and the fitter didn't fill in any paperwork correctly leading to delays in registration.
