You could Find out where the reception is and ask about using their car park .May be worth a try.

Where abouts in Glasgow are you going, there is a small CL just outside Milngavie and another site just off the mate, the one Jim mentions above is lovely but might be a bit far out of glasgow for you depending where your wedding is.

We stayed at the CC site at Strathclyde Country Park on Thursday for the first time, it was fine. Bit of road noise but but didn't bother us. Facilities very good. Went to the show at the SECC the next day, only bought a big brush.

The one Bobby22 mentions is very close to the city bypass, only 10 min from town. Whereabouts is the wedding and how big is your MH?

Glasgow's a big place so it depends where the wedding is. You can camp for free at Lochwinnoch beside Castle Semple Loch - motorhomes are welcome there in the car park beside the watersports centre.

You can camp for free at Lochwinnoch

.. where I was born and brought up.. lived at the top of Johnshill then moved Crookhill Gardens..

used to canoe and fish for Pike, in winter it would freeze over for several weeks, then we skated and played ice hockey..
I even recall cars driving on the ice.. that (freezing over) seldom happens now ..

and long before there was any facilities..

Last time we visited was back in 2011, could hardly recognise the village, so many new houses and it was so busy.. not how I remember it..
