Firstly the gas oven is at the rear facing forwards.
First time you brake the door swings open.
Any tips on how to fix this?

Secondly, the temperature scale on the Rapido badged front panel goes from not very hot to scorchio.
However I have no idea how to match this to recipes or packaged food.
20 minutes at 200C looks like major guess work.
Previous ovens have had a built in thermostats and temperature scales.

An oven thermometer might be useful to get some idea what the settings really mean.

For repeatability either technology or back to cooks techniques does it look cooked or burn your little finger stuck in the middle of your frozen pizza.
Ours was also poorly insulated such that the side wall was too hot to touch. So had to modify with ceramic thermal insulation, now the oven gets hot enough for pizza

Ours is the same, once had some friends in the van with us and it took over an hour for a tray of oven chips to cook :X3: then the next night burnt garlic bread in a few minutes
