How much have you payed recently for your bottle of gas. I bought a 13kilo (exchange) one yesterday £43  it seems not long ago it was about £20.

And I thought my last lpg fill was dear at £17.68 for 17.7L

I paid £46 for a 13kg exchange a few weeks ago. I remember when I switched from 2 x 6kg bottles, to the 13kg bottles, at a Calor outlet. Exchanges were £26 then, so it’s really shot up in price.

About £30 for a 13kg exchange a few weeks ago.

We don't have mains gas at home so use 47kg bottles for cooking.

Just exchanged one this week and it was £79 which sounds a lot but works out at 84p/litre.

Only use one per year and last year they were £60.

LPG is 59.9p at Sainsburys Taunton. Cost me £8.45 to fill my 7.5Kg Safefill which is just a bit bigger than a 6Kg Calor. The equivalent cost of gas to a 6Kg Calor is £7. What's the other £25 odd - pure profit apart from a bit towards distribution outlets.

That was dear.
I filled up in Belgium on Friday at 60p l/t.
Local Morrisons is 79.9p
Yes I know but would rather know I’m full.

I dont care how much Autogas (still call it that to differentiate from bottles) is, it is still much cheaper than bottles... when down to about half tank i pull into first station I pass..
Life is to short to drive loads of miles to save 10p/ltr.
