Can anyone advice on how to fix a rail to the back wall of a Carthago motorhome.
I wish to put some kind of rail half way up the wall to hold tables and chairs in place with budgie straps or ties.

I used 40x40 timber positioned vertically between garage floor and underside of bed. The timber is held against the back wall using angle brackets connected to the floor and underside of bed. You'll need to cut the bottom of the timber at 45° to clear the tie-down rail.

The vertical timbers are positioned to accommodate (inbetween) the width of your table, chairs etc. The bungy cords are connected to screw-in metal eyes in the vertical timbers.

Never thought of doing it that way saves the need for the rail
Thanks

Attach a couple of pics of my arrangement. Flash didn't work very well. Anyway should give you an idea. Ignore high level horizontal battern as that was added by previous owner (glued to back wall).
