Just stopped at a Galp station in Northern Portugal for LPG. Had a problem getting the nozzle to stay on my adapter, (probably not doing it right). The nice lady came out and showed me how to do it, brute force and a sturdy knee in the right place! Then told me to wait until she went back inside and then which button to press. All good! 1euro a litre. Great service. She told me that all Galp stations have all the adapters under the counter for anyone who doesn't have them. Highly recommended!!

Yes, thank you for this. I am just in Portugal and was unsure as to which stations were best for LPG. In France, Total are bad (been refused lots there) and in Spain found Repsol better than others. Still have about half a 14kg tank but will need to fill up in a couple of days.
