Funster Needs Help

Good morning,,,

Now to be honest, I would like to look into the early release of these donations ( total amount)
If possible,, the reason is that if we have to wait another 20 odd days that the page has to run, plus the 6/10 days for release of funds, then wigster and wife get no benefit before xmas!!

I would, as I hope you would like Steve and Donna to get the money in time for their Christmas!!

Has anybody had any experience with this before? Do you know if it can be done?

Thanks, xxxxxx

I've just read through the just giving and crowd funding terms and conditions and I see no reason you cannot stop fundraising now and release the funds. You should be able to manage the account through the dashboard.

Ian if that is what you decide to do . All you do is send them an email. It’s there on their website. I done it when I briefly collected in June. Just drop a line and say target reached please close account.
They reply within 48 hrs.

Ok, I'm trying to contact just giving,,
After ten mins, found email page, filled in details, now they sent me to another page asking for page no ( reference) I can't get to grips with any of it!!

It keeps sending me round the houses,

Any ideas? Help reqd!!

Ian your crowdfunding will have a ref number , look in your account page when you created this.

You need the number that was created for this fundraising so they can close your account.

I'm off to work now,, I will sort out this evening!

Well I thought I'd sent them an email this morning,,

I think I must have!!

I just went into the funds withdraw page, and there was a message for me saying that the funds are available for withdrawal on 26th 11/17. That's not too far away is it!!
I hope that's correct! The total due after commissions etc is £ 1,660. Not too bad considering I hoped to raise £500 !!!!

I don't know if I did it right, but we shall see!!

Just over £100 in commission and card fees etc!!

Now , I do believe you cannot donate when page is closed!!
Xxxxxxx

Ian you have no doubt made a funster couple very happy especially with xmas around the corner but to not have to worry about food, bills etc is wonderful. Your a top man Ian !!

UPDATE!!!!!!

FUNDS AVAILABLE TO WITHDRAW........

£1699.80

After commission, card fees etc!!!

I have pressed the withdraw button, and in four to six days I will have, and then wigster will have the money!!!

I would just like to again say thank you for your time in reading and your money sent,,, the total is brilliant,,, i know they will be well pleased with what you all have done!! And thanks Jim for getting thread sorted in the first place! X

I hope all of you never have to go through a hiccup like this in life,,,,, but if you do, isn't it lovely to know your not, and never will be alone!!!!

This community/ family has made someone very happy, and I'm sure, grateful!!

Considering I only wanted or expected to get £500 for them, the final total, being more than three times that is, I think bloody fantastic!!!

MOTORHOME FUNSTERS RULE!!!!!!!

( I firmly believe your kindness will be repaid to you threefold) xxxxxxx

Well done for being such a good friend. If you keep putting messages on here perhaps people will tell you that they'd like tto donate and you could organise another justgiving (if you can stand it!) for the late arrivals. Just a thought.

Hope your both well Richard,, have a smashing Christmas mate,, love to Kate! Xxxx
Thanks Ian.
Heading south in a couple of days for some sun and warmth (we hope) in Spain/Portugal.
Away from home for Christmas for the first time and really quite excited about it. Still like a couple of kids really. :)

Richard & Kate.
