Like others, I can't remember if I filled in the original form ... I suspect I did (can't resist a freebie) and I did post on this thread - just didn't record if I ordered or not.

Have no problem paying up the p&p - I just don't need/want two copies...

Has @Jim actually started dispatching them yet - and if so perhaps a couple of recipients could post when they land on the doormat - then I'll know if I need to order one... .
