Hi all, just booked my first run abroad in my MH and I am looking at getting a Fulli Toll tag for France and Spain.

Working my way through the application page I came to this section as seen on the attached screen shot.

Can anyone who has previously applied for a Fulli tag tell me what should be typed into the box circled in yellow? The first box asks for "Votre Pays", your country, so have typed in United Kingdom, but I cant for the life of me work out what they are asking for in the next box and you cannot move on to the next section until this is completed!

Also, can it be linked to a regular Barclays account?

Many thanks,

Rick

Registration Number of the vehicle?

My bank at the time wouldn’t accept the Fulli payment request so I opened a Revolut account, which we now use all the time abroad as well.

I think when I filled it in you select Royume Uni (United Kingdom) from the drop down list.

As mentioned above we also set up a Revoult account. Needs to be an account that accepts foreign transactions. I mistakenly added money to the sterling bit instead of Euro account which caused problems when Fulli tried to take payment.

Revolut normally just do the currency conversion if you pay for something in euros and only have sterling loaded onto the app.
Probably not the best way to do especially our of business hours as you get a slightly worse conversation rate.

I opened a HSBC currency account which works okay

I used my fulli on the run down here about 5 weeks ago. It's set up for payment from my Revolut account, the tolls are showing in the fulli app but have not been charged to the Revolut yet. I'm having to make sure I have an extra €205 in the account, I'm sure I will have to pay in the end.

I would say it's the registration number of the vehicle.

Ours just charges our Tesco Credit Card.

Hi.
Sorry to come on this thread but, we have had the Fulli toll tag for some time and it works spot on,however,i would like to know IF they let you know when the battery starts to run down so you can replace it and it will keep working seamlessly. Thanks in advance.

I also think it is the registration number of the vehicle but could be the postcode if you've not already put that in.

We paid our invoices from Fulli from our NatWest current account with no problems and have now switched to Nationwide which will also accept the payment requests, with no foreign transaction fees.

As long as you have an IBAN for your Barclays account and you can make foreign transactions then it should work fine. Fulli will do a test payment of €1 when your account is set up.

Fulli invoice monthly, so any charges for March will be invoiced in the next few days with a note of what date they will take the payment from your account.

If you use any toll roads in Spain or Portugal they don't appear on your Fulli account until you get the invoice the following month. I know this has caused concern with some that their tag hasn't worked but as long as you get the beep, you will get charged.

No they don’t, one day it works and the next day it didn’t. Happened to us last October. Pressed button and initially they asked us to enter the number on tag on a keyboard, no joy, then sent someone out who opened the huge bollard thing. She tried and then checked with a device and said battery was flat. It had lasted less than 2 years.

Funnily enough our new one arrived yesterday. I waited until nearer our next trip to request a replacement. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. I was just about to contact them. Cost £8.50 to return the dead one.

If you have the Fulli+ which covers Italy as well the billing for Italy takes a good 2 months. It’s a bit disconcerting the first time!

Typical of the laid back Italians 🤣

I don’t believe Fulli offer this yet. We had both of our Fulli tags (one on car one on van) fail due to flat batteries. There is at least one tag supplier which does offer this service by showing the strength of the battery on the monthly statement. I don’t recall which one it was though.

We’ve stuck with Fulli for the moment but will change if they don’t introduce a system for notifying battery capacity.

Thank you for the reply.
Can anyone tell me how long it takes to receive the tag as I notice it is sent from France.
I think mine took about 10-14 days but it was a while ago so it may be different now,

Here’s an earlier thread on the topic. See post #42 from DBK about tag that shows battery level on statement.

Just to add I have used an HSBC current for payment and now concerned that this might not be acceptable as it is not a Euro account.I have sent the iban no and received acknowledgement
Can anyone confirm that it is ok just to use please.

We pay ours from our standard UK bank account, so it is perfectly fine to do. The only thing you might want to check is if your bank charge fees for foreign transactions.

Mine took over 2 weeks just recently. It was a replacement for our one with a flat battery. I was just about to give up and start chasing!

Hi all. Time for a quick update seeing as I started this thread.
I’m now down in Almeria. The tag worked fine on the few occasions I used it in France. There was one disconcerting moment however. I jumped onto a motorway section for about 20 miles, at Narbonne. Drove two junctions then came off the autoroute. Drive to the barrier, approached slowly, beep went the tag and up went the barrier. My focus was on the barrier being fully raised when, as I drove off, I glanced left at the peage screen. I’m sure it said “Class 3” and a fee of 70 euros!!!😳😳
Now, my MH is a class 2, 2.8m high and 3.3t GVW.
IVe checked the Fulli app and it hasn’t registered the transaction yet so I’m keeping an eye on it.
I should have checked the other peage transactions but was more focused on clearing the barrier. There are two previous transactions and they are showing small amounts in Euros.
Fingers crossed I miss read the screen!🤷‍♂️
Will take a photo of the peage screen next time before driving off.
