hi welcome,

was it working normally for you before you noticed the fault?

has it got a button you hold in for 5 seconds and it resets the fridge?

240 is plugged in and gas on, it’s like the panel buttons are locked out

I would disconnect EHU and switch gas off and run the engine and then see if the alarm stops and the fridge runs normal.
maybe battery is low...
its difficult trying to help over tinternet ;)
process of illumination is all i can think of.

Our new to us m/home has the same problem and it's been the bain of my life since it was delivered on Wednesday. The 12v failure started as an intermittent problem, but had gone permanent by the time we received the van. Dealers have supplied a new Control Panel, and I hope to get it fitted tomorrow! Then I can start to enjoy Brunhilde instead of cursing her! Gas and Mains leccy operation are perfect, just the blessed 12v that won't turn off, irrespective of how long you hold the 'Off' button in. The latter now has a double barreled name; it's 'Puck Off Button...' [in polite company, because it's also a little Tinker[bell]]

Page 28 of the user manual gives the diagnosis of fault conditions the one you describe looks like it is indicating low or no 12v. Have you got the optional on board battery back up ? the 8 AA batteries may need changing.

you will need to subscribe to post more than 5 posts, so you may be stuck unless you join.

hope you can get it sorted especially if you have tried all that has been suggested.

but it still sounds to me as if there is a low voltage supply.
