Morning, we are off to France in two weeks.
Can someone please advise whether Ad blue is readily available in France?
Also can you recommend a free or cheap overnight park up near Portsmouth ferry terminal ?

There's a retail park at Portsmouth you can park overnight at with a Wetherspoons. I'll look it up...

They ask you call to notify them.

Adblue is available at several places.
If you're doing free motorway travel most of the garages have it.
For cheaper buy it at the pump.
It's readily available in most hypermarkets by the 5 litre container with associated naff filler which is guaranteed to spill.

Adblue apps are available. NB what style of sale eg pump or container

It is called Port Solent, about seven miles from check-in. There is plenty of space, and restaurants in the centre there.

They ask you to call in advance with your reg, and it is free. I suppose they hope you will use what they have to offer.

You can park up in the ferry port, against the railings, but, has to be after the late ferry has sailed.

You can park up along the sea wall as well. Continue west past the car park and boatyard right to the end. Watch out for the vicious sleeping policemen.
