Thanks for posting. See this France Bleu article dated 14th August 2023. It is for shared driving (covoiturage) - minimum 2 passengers. Also for electric vehicles, taxis, buses etc. They say they’re trying it near Grenoble, Lyon & Stasbourg but soon around Nantes and Rennes. There should be a clear sign pointing at the lane it refers to (and times, if that’s what they want).

it's been rumoured that several already haveIt may be worth buying a mannequin
