Just booked the tunnel for the end of May for our first jaunt over the Channel this year. (y)(y):france: Can't wait now! Have to start making plans about where to go & what to do this time. Might pop over the border into Spain, though we want to go again later in the year so may save that for then. That will give the Spanish evening classes a bit more time to sink in :roflmto:. Now just have to book in with eddievanbitz for Gaslow & sort out solar controller, battery master etc., & dave newell lvs for air suspension as grounded a few times last year going into filling stations & the odd over-engineered speed bumps :frowny:. Might well be asking around for frequent traveler partners later as we plan to start going over twice a year & the Tesco vouchers could be used for summat else, (Stena line to Ireland?)

Mr Mousy is looking for one now (y)

P.S. Just had Amazon delivery ……. ordered a book "50 Great Motorhome Tours in Northern France". Trips ranging from 1-8 days, detailed route info, suggested aires & campsites to stay on with co-ordinates, descriptions of stops, etc. Covers all the regions & departments - Alsace, Brittany, Burgundy, Centre, Champagne & Ardennes, Franche-Comte, Normandy, Pas de Calais, Pays de La Loire & Picardy. £11.99. Just take your pick! No requirement to do any of them but could make planning easier unless you like doing everything totally off piste! ;) (y)

We hope to be doing something similar this year. Thanks for the book tip.
I was conveniently steered toward looking at The Michelin Green Guides, for the various departments in France, loads on sale (Used or new) on Fleabay.
