As per the title we keep dirty clothes in a sealable bag til washing time when we remember the bags.

Aldi do a sealable freezer bag for 49 cents in Germany.

Dirty clothes should be kept in a bag that the air can get to, otherwise they could go mouldy. Anyway, I wouldn't get many clothes in a freezer bag!

A bin bag for us, cheap & effective
Agree, I don't think a air tight bag is a good idea no matter how smelly the socks !

I think he's on about the freezer carrier bags, not itsy-bitsy food freezer bags ... :D

Make a laundry shoot instead ... we wouldn't be without ours! Once the stuff is in it and the lid on we don't get any smells from it at all despite it being a cloth bag which is great bearing in mind that this can have stuff in it for 2 months!

That looks like a sail bag, I have a couple but no space to fix it up in.

Put the dirty socks in a sealed bag and then connect it to a gas barbecue? :)

Convert an old pillowcase. Turn in the top about half an inch and stitch around, close to the hem, leaving about 5 cms unstitched. ( you’re making casing to thread a string through.) Thread ribbon or string through to make a drawstring bag.
1. Breathable, your clothes won’t go mouldy.
2. can be hung on the back of a door or from a ceiling hook, hook under a shelf.
3. You’ve repurposed an item, extending its useful life.
4. Involves no plastic and no imported cr^^ from China.

Or hand wash and hang out to dry in the loverly warm sunshine like what we have down in Souff of Frenchland. When dry put back in wardrobe or draw or whatever. Easy. :gum:
