    Woo hoo.

    Let me repeat that.

    WOO HOO!!!

On Friday 19th September 2008, the DVLA (may the little fairies look after them and keep them safe and well) FINALLY agreed to issue me back my C1, C1+E licence. ::bigsmile:

    For 1 year (renewable)

Given that I started this quest back in February, am I to assume that every 12 months it's going to take me 7 months to get a renewal through....???

Still, Watch Out world - Papa is driving at last!!!!!:thumb:

Fluffy slippers ordered, and an agreement made with June that I'll mainly drive when abroad, so you should be safe in the UK Eddie. Not sure about the light bollards though (private "joke")

Can't wear driving gloves as the string between them is not long enough to go through the arms of my coat ...:ROFLMAO:

    Well done

    Congrats PapaSmurf

Any victory over the red tape brigade deserves recognition.

The light bollards should be safer in Europe as they will be on the other side. (witness to the private joke) hehe:winky::winky:
