Need help. I have a 2003 fiat ducato moncayo and was trying to fill the water tank and boiler. The only problem is, i filled the main tank, then engaged the pump to fill the boiler, whilst leaving taps on tp clear system. The problem is, the water is draining out through a pipe underneath the van. There is no switch to rurn this off under the van, and eveything i have tried inside does not seem to turn it off either. Can anyone help?

Is there a separate valve that limits the water to 20 litres [saves payload!] ? We have one on the top of our tank, and if it is opened, the water cascades away and uses the outside of the waste water pipe, as a 'guide' to attach to. At a glance,it looks as though the waste water drain is open!

The other possibility is the Water Dump Valve that empties the tank when temperatures fall to around 7 degrees IIRC]. If this has 'tripped' it needs reset. It's often a Blue colour and quite large. I only have a video of it and it's too large to upload
