I'm a newbie
I went to a wedding last weekend. 2 aerials were getting married.

The wedding wasn't up to much but the reception afterwards was fantastic.

We must be unique.

Our 2015 Swift Esprit has great radio reception in the Ducato cab, with the original unit. My only complaint is it switching off every 20 minutes when parked up.

Our previous m/h had crap reception however.
I don't know why, but our Chausson (2016) had no radio fitted, just good quality Pioneer speakers. Still, against the free reversing cam/ Thatcham cab alarm/ tracker I reckon I have no complaints

I chose my own Pioneer radio/mp3 system (no disk and DAB useless overseas, and LW a necessity for BBC world service), and I have to say no problems at all. Just connected the aerial from the wing mirror and the reception is excellent.

Getting better month by month.
When I had my Kenwood fitted, they used a Windscreen aerial. Good reception all over the UK, but never used abroad yet though.
