Fiamma roof light help

Evening ,
I have purchased 2 of these of outdoor superstore via eBay ! & for some reason today both won’t close properly after leaving open all day , I no it’s hot but surely that wouldn’t cause it ?
I’ve emailed supplier to see if any warranty etc ?
Just lucky weather ok !
Any ideas or help

My last motorhome...mobilvetta had 3 of these fitted as standard from new ...it was 27 years old and they still opened and closed perfectly... and it had been in temperatures higher than 40°

So I doubt it's the weather.

I will need to buy new ones 40 x 40 any recommendations other than fiamma ?
