Sorry guys , feel a little ashamed but as the rain and wind settled in and debris started to drop off the trees above us decided at last minute to call our weekend one night short and do the 50 minute drive home to sit in front of our log burner and at least the dog farts are not so bad in the space of the house rather than the moho . :-)

LOG BURNERS RULE.. (y)

I love getting out in the van and this new to me ALDE wet heating is a marvel BUT once its cold and wet I prefer to stay in the house..
UNLESS... This covid eases and then i'm buggering off to Benidorm...

Don't blame you the weather is relay crap we camp all year round usually but haven't used the camper this summer owing to being classed a vonrebill and having to shield.
With my treatments and persistent chest infection's during the summer and being unwell since abut October last year
we haven done much this year but building a boat now for the perfect shielding holiday next year.

I don’t Motorhome much in the Uk but am away at the moment in the wind and pouring rain, it’s dreadful, wish I had got out on the tunnel last week. Can’t even go home as that’s in Wales and I couldn’t hack another lockdown. I am definitely a fair weather camper

Cleaned the motorhome out today, laid it up for the winter.
SORN applied. Will check on it over the winter.
4pm darkness and crap weather. Not for me tried it last year, heating packed up, no problem had fan heater, them half the site had power cut so had to move MH at 2am to the part with power.
Crap weather trying to keep a 4 year old entertained if the weather is bad. drying out awning (if used), not interested until Easter.
