External door locks stuck.

I have Milenco external door frame locks fitted on my Hab door and they are stuck.
They appear to be Aluminium on Aluminum sliding faces.
I have tried Graphite powder and Silicon grease but they seize up again after a few weeks on no use.

Any suggestions please as I would like to start using the. Again without having to get out the big hammer.

I find fully synthetic engine oil last a lot longer on things.
Our cheapo ceiling fan seized up a few years ago and I put 3 in 1 type oil on the bearings to get it going again, lasted a couple of weeks as I expected but I oiled it again with synthetic engine oil and it's still going strong now
