Just a quick question as I can't get through to Eurotunnel today (get introduction, tells me to hold then gives 'busy' tone and cuts me off). I have a voucher from them for a postponed journey that we were due to take on Monday. I keep getting emails through regarding getting ready for our crossing on Monday. I believe others have also received these vouchers and I am just interested to know if you too kept on getting details of the original booking through. I know I have my voucher details but don't want to go to use them and they confirm my original booking wasn't cancelled - I may well be being over cautious.
