Eurotunnel voucher for postponed holiday

Just a quick question as I can't get through to Eurotunnel today (get introduction, tells me to hold then gives 'busy' tone and cuts me off). I have a voucher from them for a postponed journey that we were due to take on Monday. I keep getting emails through regarding getting ready for our crossing on Monday. I believe others have also received these vouchers and I am just interested to know if you too kept on getting details of the original booking through. I know I have my voucher details but don't want to go to use them and they confirm my original booking wasn't cancelled - I may well be being over cautious.

Mmmmm ok. We haven’t rescheduled yet just received a voucher. Wonder if this makes a difference? I’ve emailed to query it but it says emails only managed Monday/ Friday and takes 7 days!! I have all my references and times and dates I spoke to them too so hopefully won’t have any issues - just seems a bit odd as thought they’ve have sold the original booking again - for twice the price it seems.....

5 stars to Caravan and Motorhome Club..I e.mailed them on wed regarding cancelling my Hull Zeebruge crossing (which at the moment is freight only) and re booking through the Tunnel..They rang me friday morning and all sorted..Chunnel Sept 1 st..Great result.BUSBY.
