Eurotunnel have extended the old regular user tickets until 31/12/22 but state it will not be extended beyond that date. Great news if you still have some rickets left !

I have 4 left but could not log in to my old FQ Traveller Account number It appears that new number have been issued superseeded the old ones. It took a call to the Customer services at FQ Accounts to find this out but they very very helpful

Just checked my account & can log in but not extended, they finish end of June. I wonder if it depends when you purchased them.

Just checked mine as well still the end of June. If you take a look at the link above it states that the wallets will be updated in the next few days until December.

According to Eurotunnel, they have to update their database before those with FT tickets can book. Wonder how long that will take?
