Loged in to buy a wallet and I cant see how you do this

tried all the options but cant get to the buy bit

Are they currently offering this

Or am I just being dim

They did discontinue FT packages a few weeks back when they got very busy.
Someone posted that they had been reinstated a week or so later.
I would give them a ring. I doubt they are very busy at the moment.

I think they are / were limiting the amount they sell so that they can sell some at full price seeing as the trains are so empty. They did issue a statement saying that they were temporarily suspended, so I kept looking for 3 or 4 weeks without success, then one day they reappeared, without notice or warning, so I was able to purchase one, then were taken down a week or so later.

Best advice, just keep looking every day or two and hope you get lucky like I did

Just checked, I can buy a new wallet online.

Are you logged in to your Eurotunnel account and looking in the right place? When logged in go to the My API, vehicles, cards, wallets and pets tab. Scroll down to the Frequent Traveller wallets section and click on Create a Frequent Traveller wallet.

Iv got an account but when you log in you cant see anywhere where there is option to buy

Rang them 3 times just get cut off as no operators free

They are charging me £60 for the trailer

So im over for £120 with trailer

cheapest right now just over £200 so good saving
