Hi Guys,
just had a look at my V5 and there is not figures on it do i need them on it for European travel IE France, if so how do i get them on it , just been on the phone to dealer who says they don't put them on these days due to the extra tax that i would have to pay , anyone know how i can get them, many thanks.

What figures do you want and how would they affect you going to France?

How old is the van ? Recent ones come with a certificate of conformity and it's in there. Ref the crit air for France I have read that people send the v5 copy and Mr Frenchie works it out (y)

If there are no figures on the V5 which there aren't with a Motorhome they go by the year of manufacture, same for both French & German emmission stickers. For a Go box in Austria you need to produce your C of C or you get charged the highest rate.

thought you had to have them on log book in case you get stopped by plod, not sure where we need them, if they are not needed except in cities like London no problem.

Download the app "Green-Zones.eu", it gives you all the info about differ countries. Don't buy the windsceen stickers through them they charge 5-6 times the going rate.

Never offer information that isn't asked for. If they were needed they'd be on there & cost you another 1000£a year road tax for first 5 years. They aren't needed. London works on anpr.

Thanks to all, and Tonka I will phone Autotrail and ask them for it or should I ask the dealer?

Google “Crit Air Certificate” and it will take you to the web site where you will find the necessary forms.
